Talk Therapy
In talk therapy, we can uncover and work to resolve the

to focus on your life goals and enjoy healthier relationships.
The healing power of talk therapy is based on open and honest conversation between you
and a trained therapist. Through dialogue, you can gain a clearer understanding of who you are in the world. Then you can use this insight to create change.
Body Mind PsychotherapyWe specialize in body-mind treatment approaches. We're trained to use breathing, mindfulness, body awareness and movement in your psychotherapy session.
Mind-body research verifies that emotions and mental health are inherently connected to your body. Your body and how it processes feelings has wisdom to offer.
Creative Arts Therapies
Creative arts in therapy promote healthy expression, self-esteem and healing, so we use expressive arts therapies with clients. This includes the use of art, poetry, journal writing and drama.
Couples/Marriage Therapy
Ricardo is trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy for Couples and Relationship Enhancement Therapy.
Both of these therapies are research-based and have been shown to help
couples master relationship skills that can last a lifetime. Ricardo works with all kinds of couples and families.
